Recently, the liquid cooling industry has entered a peak period for major events. Sanhua has continued to strengthen its presence in the liquid cooling track, appearing in succession at two important liquid cooling summits in Shenzhen and Suzhou. Through these events, the company comprehensively showcased its core liquid cooling technologies and supporting solutions, actively aligned with industry needs, and conveyed its firm commitment to steadily expanding its presence in the liquid cooling field and deepening technological innovation.
From April 16 to 17, the China International Data Center Liquid Cooling Key Technology Annual Conference, themed “AI-Driven Innovation, Liquid Cooling Empowering the Future”, was successfully held in Shenzhen. The conference brought together leading companies across the entire liquid cooling value chain, along with research experts and technical professionals, to explore implementation pathways for liquid cooling technologies and industrial upgrading in the era of high-density computing power. Sanhua’s Household and Commercial business units once again joined forces. With its core data center liquid cooling CDU solutions and a wide range of products, Sanhua became a focal point at the event, earning recognition from numerous industry partners and deepening industry exchanges and resource connections.
At present, as AI computing density continues to rise, traditional air cooling is approaching its physical limits. Liquid cooling has become an essential solution for data centers to reduce PUE and maintain stable operation, entering a period of rapid growth. Leveraging the Group’s deep expertise in thermal management and fluid control, Sanhua has positioned itself in the liquid cooling field by focusing on the development of core components and the implementation of supporting CDU solutions, while continuously advancing new product iterations and gradually improving its data center thermal management portfolio.
At the themed session on April 17 in Shenzhen, Sanhua Senior Application Engineer Wang Qian was invited to deliver a keynote speech titled “The ‘Heart’ and ‘Nervous System’ of Data Center Liquid Cooling CDUs: Practices in Highly Reliable Plate Heat Exchangers and Intelligent Fluid Control Components”. The presentation focused on core liquid cooling CDU technologies and, supported by measured data, provided an in-depth analysis of heat dissipation pain points and matching solutions for high-density computing scenarios.
Based on the core needs of liquid cooling, Sanhua has developed the “three pillars” of liquid cooling: plate heat exchangers, electric ball valves and actuators, and pressure sensors. From the three dimensions of heat exchange, fluid control, and operating condition sensing, these products build the foundational support for the stable operation of liquid cooling systems and empower efficient operation of CDUs and liquid cooling systems through strong core component capabilities. In addition, Sanhua has continued to increase its R&D investment, accelerating the launch of new products for the secondary side of data centers and steadily improving its product portfolio.
Following the Shenzhen annual conference, from April 23 to 24, the Sanhua team once again appeared at the 6th Liquid Cooling Full Supply Chain Summit held in Suzhou. Continuing its approach of combining product displays with technical sharing, the company further deepened industry exchanges and cooperation, connected with market demand, and continued to expand its technological influence in the liquid cooling field.
While the industry is developing rapidly, the liquid cooling sector still faces challenges such as cost optimization, standard unification, and scenario adaptation. Looking ahead, Sanhua Intelligent Controls will continue to focus on innovation in key liquid cooling technologies, work with partners across the value chain, and accelerate the development of systematic liquid cooling solutions. Leveraging the advantages of multi-business collaboration, the company will help the data center industry reduce PUE, improve energy efficiency, and ensure stable operations, continuously injecting Sanhua momentum into the green transformation of the AI computing industry and the implementation of the dual-carbon strategy.
